BBCON 2021: The Tech Conference for a Better World

A Budget As A Donor Tool
A good budget shows that your nonprofit is operating with accountability, transparency and good faith. It shows your donors exactly where money is going. Attendees will leave with best practices in budgeting - from timelines to implementation, a better understanding of when they should start the budgeting process as well as tips for improving staff, board, and donor buy-in.

Symposium 2021: Shifting Power: Diversity to Decolonization
The 2021 Posner Center Symposium will convene global and local development leaders, practitioners, researchers, academics, activists, policymakers, and supporters looking to focus on anti-racism in development work, diversify the global development field, and have a more equitable impact that begins to repair past and current injustices.
We will spend time collaborating and learning about ways we can disrupt deeply-rooted imperialist power structures and assumptions that are still embedded in our development work and re-imagine more just approaches for global impact.
